Sewing up the Jessica Dress from Mimi G

You guys! The Jessica Dress from Mimi G is so good! I got it when it was a free pattern, and it is my favorite free pattern by far. (Sadly, this pattern is no longer free) I would have even paid full price for this bad boy, it's that good. She also has a free sew-along for this dress, which I always really appreciate, because I am such a visual learner.

The only adjustment I made on this pattern, was widening the straps. Everything else I kept the same. The bodice fit perfectly the first time and I didn't have to alter or change anything. I love it when that happens!

I picked up this pretty cotton shirting from JoAnn, and some cute little peach buttons that matched the floral print perfectly.

Go sew this dress you guys! You won't regret it!
