Mother's Day Gift for the Gal that loves to Garden

My mom and mother-in-law both spend a lot of time in the yard, so I thought I would put together a Garden Lover's Gift Basket for them for Mother's Day this year.

I know anytime I'm working in the yard (*cough* rarely), I need to be protected from the sun, and I need a comfy place to kneel or sit, or it ain't gonna happen. So a sun hat and a kneeling pad were a must. I found this UPF50+ sun hat on Amazon here, and the kneeling pad here. The sun hat is really cute on, I might end up needing one for myself. :)

The shovel, Burt's Bees chapstick and the basket all came from Wal-Mart. The big basket could come in handy to haul away weeds or hold garden tools or produce.

The watering can card design can be found from the Silhouette Design Store here. Since getting my Silhouette Cameo a few years ago, my card-making experience has been made so much easier.

I wanted to also include a nice garden apron with big deep pockets to be able to gather flowers or produce from the garden, or hold your tools and water. So this is the design I came up with. I have a free tutorial for this apron which can be found here.

Putting all of these cute gardening things together almost makes me want to get my gardening on... almost. :) Hopefully the garden lover's in my life will get some good use out of this gift!
